| This wine is aged for three years in cask. Our panel’s tasting note: Light amber gold colour with aromas of fig, raisin, hint of cherry and toffee. Medium dry, lighter styled Madeira with good acid and fruit combining. Medium full-bodied with a pleasingly dry, medium long, salty finish. (Nov. 2002) Food match: aperitif. |
