PINOT GRIGIO 2017 DOC Alto Adige
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer PETER ZEMMER
One of 52 items (49% of 106 releases) not presented for evaluation under new LCBO policies. Any item that is not presented is assigned NO star (-) and an interim 0-point proxy score until it is properly assessed. The 2014 last appeared in Vintages (*+/**) on September 3, 2016 at $16.95 and was an Explorer Selection. Here is my previous note: Bright pale straw colour. Gently honeyed, slightly spicy, ripe apple-melon nose with some mineral notes. Dry, light bodied, faintly tart, lemon-apple flavours with a crisp finish. It now (2017) comes with a screwcap closure.
