Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Very deep intense purple colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, gently juicy, ripe, plummy-black-cherry purée nose with some blueberry-tinged, sandalwood-cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, intense, ripe cherry-blueberry-plum flavours with a lingering, well structured, harmonious, cedary finish. Ready-to-drink - excellent value. Has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L13520 on the back label. Better than the recommended 2016 (**/**+) was released on February 2, 2019 at $18.95. CSPC 261867
