A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection! |
A lively and floral Irish Whiskey, it is aged for a minimum of five years in second-use Bourbon casks. Whisky critic Jim Murray has described the whiskies of Cooley as “quite simply, superb”. Cooley is the only Irish distillery to double rather than triple distill their product. They feel the third distillation actually strips some of the flavour out of the product. |
