This Grappa is made from the pomace, grape skins and seeds of fresh golden white Moscato grapes. In order to preserve the Moscato grape’s natural aroma intensity, during the distillation process its alcohol content is not allowed to increase too much. Enjoy lightly chilled. To add an espresso essence to the drink float three espresso beans in a shot glass of grappa then carefully ignite it by touching a match to the surface of the alcohol. Flaming drinks tend to extinguish themselves quickly, if not, use the bottom of a larger glass to smother the flame. If it has been flaming for a while, let the glass cool before tasting. |
