This 21-year-old is matured entirely in Sherry butts (barrels). Tasting note: This malt has a straightforwardly clean amontillado sherry aroma, with plummy fruitcake and smoke. Big velvety feel and flavour with spicy fireworks of ginger the most prominent, tying up the initial aromas right into the lengthy finish. Score – 91.
