| Reif's recently released 2018 Vidal Icewine is a winning, well-priced Vintages Essential - a delicious Spring sipper. It has a bright yellow gold colour. Sweet, honeyed, intense, ripe apple puree nose with some butterscotch notes. Very sweet, medium bodied, gently viscous, smooth, honeyed, spicy, ripe apple puree flavours with a Seville orange marmalade and brown-sugar-tinged lingering finish that has a tasty refreshing touch of fresh citrusy acidity. Has 10% alcohol and 234 g/L residual sugar with 11 g/L total acidity and lot number 2019.254 on the upper part of the glass bottle. |
