| This remarkable 100% 14-year-old single malt whiskey has been exclusively matured in fresh bourbon barrels for over 14 years and has married oak and bourbon tones with a fruity, clean malty spirit to deliver a classic with maturity beyond its years.Bright light gold colour with an intense, refined, slightly spicy, gently honeyed, floral nose with warm, toasty, buttery, vanilla notes. On the palate, it is dry, medium-full bodied, rich and harmonious with intense, refined, toasty, warm, ripe, silky-smooth, plummy flavours and a very attractive, long, lingering, bright, buttery, caramel-vanilla-stick-tinged finish. It has 46% alcohol and is ready to enjoy. The totally rebuilt/ultra modern Powerscourt Distillery can be traced back to the 9th century. Known in native Gaelic tongue as “FeraCulann”, it is located in the foothold of the Wicklow mountains, close to Dublin in the village of Enniskerry. I discovered that the Town Clock was built by the 6th Viscount Powerscourt and was presented to the Village on St. Patrick’s Day 1843. |

| Tasting Note: Fercullen Premium Whiskey is a blend of aged malt and grain whiskies mellowed in seasoned oak to give it roundness and depth. Its enchanting aromas of floral, spice and honey lead to subtle flavours of honey, baking spice and toasted oak on the palate. The finish is light and smooth. Enjoy neat with apple spice cake.
