Tasting note: A clear eau-de-vie with a pronounced and suggestively sweet, rich plum and almond nose. It’s very spicy upfront with lots of plummy spice right into the finish. It has a richness and robust, masculine quality for a spirit in this category but it works and it is interesting and good value. Remember, serve chilled. Score – 87.
