Tasting note: Deep yellow gold colour with aromas of mango, peach, orange marmalade and citrus. Medium sweet with lovely crisp tones making the wine drier than one expects. Very good fruit replays intermingle with the acids. Medium full-bodied with a long finish. (David Churchill, Vintages, Nov. 2003) Food match: biscotti for dipping (think alternative to Vin Santo).
