TASTING NOTE: Los Árboles is a place south of Gualtallary in Tupungato, toward the north of the Uco Valley. The soil is alluvial and very stony, like a river bed. This is a very good place for the cabernet to ripen without problems, yielding intense ripe red fruit with slightly spicy and herbal touches, but always with the fruit dominating on the palate, where the variety's juiciness stands out. Deliciously varietal. Score - 94 (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2021) |
