An ideal cool-climate vintage such as 2004 allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and steadily during the growing season. Once they were netted and given the big freeze, the quality of the fruit was such that it could withstand the harsh weather. The result is Icewine that is lush and sweet, but with a fabulous crisp zip to give it balance. Price $ 41.95
Bottle Size 375 mL
Tasting Date vintages release - November 24, 2007
Cases bought 350 (12 bottles per case)
