Medium deep gold colour. Sweet, spicy, ripe, caramelized, baked apple nose with honeyed notes and just a tinge of vinyl. Sweet, rich, rounded, caramelized, spicy baked apple flavours with some green apple notes on the finish. The 2000 appeared in Vintages on February 8, 2003 at $ 39.95 but was not presented for evaluation. CSPC 453753
