TASTING NOTE: This wine comes from the owners of Château Haut-Brion and is named for the American financier Clarence Dillon (1882-1979), who purchased Haut-Brion in 1935. It's a floral, herbaceous blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle that shows crisp apple, pear and citrus tones. Sip it with chicken breast basted in herb butter. |
