Muscat Rakia is a famous Bulgarian take on Grappa. Their use of the Muscat grape gives this product a very ‘grapey’ perfume quality. The varietal is very well-expressed in this spirit. Muskatova Rakia is used in Bulgaria as a digestif after a fine meal. |
