| TASTING NOTE: Made from the Criolla grape, this is a true pét-nat crafted via a single fermentation completed in the bottle without filtering or disgorgement. The fermentation was achieved by wild ambient yeast, adding woodsy rosehip notes to a core of cherry, currant, blackberry and plum fruit. The hint of sweetness makes it a nice aperitif, or a partner for spicy bites or light desserts. |
