This special 25 Year Old blended Cutty Sark whisky is mostly made with Speyside malts, including Berry Bros. own Glenrothes. In 2003, Whisky Magazine named this 'Best of the Best' for all Scotch Whiskies (blended or Single Malt). Tasting note: Nose: Polished wood, hint of treacle, orange, linseed oil, pencils. Marzipan and iscing sugar. Sweet and balanced. Palate: Cloves, nuts, wood and raisins. Very complex. Some toffee. Resin, Christmas cake, nutmeg. Finish: A cracking palate and super finish. Just heaven. A golden wonder. Glitz and glamour. A complex masterpiece. Score -- 5 stars (out of 5).
