This Scotch is 27 years old. The famous beverage alcohol retailer Berry Bros. & Rudd have over the last 10 years showcased Glenrothes as their ‘house malt’. Berry Bros. was established in 1690 as a seller of tea, groceries and wine. In the 1920s, they launched the Cutty Sark blended whisky, of which Glenrothes has always played a central part. In the late 1980s, they began offering vintage-dated single malt offerings from the distillery itself, of which this is one of the latest offerings. |
