| This Vintages Essential repeat has a medium straw colour with a very faint hint of pink along with an abundance of bubbles. Attractive, spicy, gently honeyed, fruity, ripe raspberry-strawberry nose with some faint minerally notes. Gently sweet, medium to medium-light bodied, harmonious, bright, fresh, ripe raspberry-strawberry-apple puree flavours with some tangy notes on the lingering, fairly crisp, gently effervescent finish. Ready-to-drink, this current batch has a base wine blend of 59% Pinot Noir, 29% Chardonnay, 8% Gamay and 4% Pinot Meunier to which 90 ml of Vidal Icewine dosage as added when disgorged after some 13 months on the lees. It has 12% alcohol, 20 g/L residual sugar and 7.5 g/L total acidity. |

| TASTING NOTE: A lovely salmon pink, this versatile sparkler combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as the base wine with a dash of icewine. It displays sweet, almost honeyed, red berry fruit on the nose. Just off-dry due to dosage with Cabernet Franc and Vidal icewine, it has a fine, light mousse and replays the lively berry flavours on the palate - think of sun-kissed, field-ripe strawberries and juicy, ripe currant.
