| Tasting note: Brilliant coppery hue, the El Dorado has the complexities of orange peel, cedar, burnt sugar and a butterscotch wave. Slips over the palate with silky tropical fruit ease, yet it is quite dryly and subtly spiced. A blissful balance of fruit and wood, one of those rare marriages.
