| Medium-light reddish rose colour. Intense, sweet, spicy, slightly citrusy, ripe strawberry nose with some cranberry-tinged, vanilla-caramel notes. Sweet, medium bodied, smooth, nicely structured, sweet, ripe, strawberry flavours with a lingering, bright, honey-vanilla finish. This very tasty ready-to-enjoy 100% Cabernet Franc icewine is showing well now and has 9.5% alcohol, 236 g/L residual sugar and a heft 10.2 g/L total acidity. |
