| TASTING NOTE: No, it's not a typo. This is indeed a white Malbec, or rather, a \"blanc de noir\"; a style that was first made in 2011. Red Malbec grapes are picked early when their acidity is high, and the juice sees no skin contact. Look for white peach, fresh lemon and grapefruit notes, with touches of red berry, cherry and spice. Pair with seafood or salads. |
