Medium light yellow colour. Peppery, faintly smoky, slightly peaty, caramel-tinged, dried lemon nose. Peppery, somewhat youthful, dried ripe plum and lemon peel flavours with a lingering, tangy, very gently smoky, lifted, ripe lemon finish. |
