| Unlike many pear eau-de-vie that are made by infusing pear into an alcohol base, Bauer distills the pear fruit from the very start of the process. Dry pear eaux-de-vie such as this one are best enjoyed chilled after a hearty meal, especially during the first cool nights of autumn. |
