| Tasting note: Cloudberries look like an amber version of raspberries, and are vitamin-mineral rich rare fruit, native to Scandinavian countries. This liqueur has a pale orange-amber hue and a honeyish nose to match. It’s a very sweet, opulent marmalade jam concoction. It would work as a replacement for cassis or chambord in a glass of bubbly, or quite simply, cut with soda. Different and interesting.
