Made by Carthusian monks in the French Alps near Grenoble, this is an entirely natural product made from brandy and a secret blend of 130 different herbs, plants and flowers. Compared to the more familiar ‘Green’ Chartreuse, the yellow is sweet and contains less alcohol. While the Yellow may be enjoyed as a digestif, it is also quite good in this simple cocktail: |
