Pale straw colour. Fairly pungent, slightly peppery, very slightly minty, greenish, Agave nose. Fairly intense, slightly peppery, well balanced, gently honeyed, dry but not austere, elegant, bulrush, Agave-tinged flavours with a lingering, fairly rounded finish. Part of the October 9th release. |
