As with the greatest cuisine, the skill lies in the art of predicting the taste. I blend together my precious eaux-de-vie, some of which date from the last century, with the precision of an alchemist. I know from experience that a single drop of these oldest spirits can elevate a Cognac to the very highest standards. These blends are assembled long before the actual bottling, so that they have ample time to ‘marry’ together. (Pierre Ferrand, Proprietor) Tasting note: This complex Cognac is distinguished by its subtle bouquet and gentle flavour on the palate. Golden in colour, very fruity and round, with a hint of vanilla. (Still master) Price $ 96.35
Bottle Size 750 mL
Tasting Date vintages release - July 7, 2001
