Baker Beam, grandnephew of Jim, was the master distiller at the distillery for decades, finally retiring in the late 1980s. He along with Booker Noe, Jim’s grandson, defined Jim Beam’s style. Baker’s Bourbon is a tribute to this man’s craftsmanship. First, try it neat and then add a touch of water to suit your taste. Score – 90.
