Carmela Estates in Wellington, Ontario, who describe themselves as 'the Pride of Prince Edward County', are one of the pioneering producers of this dynamic new region. Aged for 10 months in French oak, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is a velvety, medium full-bodied wine featuring blackcurrant, tobacco leaf and toasty oak notes.
