TEMPLE BRUER |
Very deep intense purple colour. Complex, intense, cedary, spicy, plummy, baked black cherry nose with some vanilla notes. Solid, dry, quite well structured, medium bodied, slightly spicy, plummy, ripe black cherry flavours with a lingering, crisp, fairly cedary finish. This organic wine contains 7 mg/L of free sulphur and is “vegan friendly”. Ready-to-drink. Screwcap closure. An excellent choice for licensee wine lists. |

"Our Quality Assurance Laboratory has determined that this wine contains 7 mg/L of free sulphur. A rich and vibrant, classic Aussie blend of Shiraz and Cabernet featuring aromas of blackberry, plum, cassis and vanilla. The tannins perfectly frame the bright fruit, bringing a solid structure to this wine. Enjoy it with barbecued back ribs or grilled gourmet sausages." |
