Sip, Sample and Savour the best of Stratford’s culinary and arts culture celebrating the Stratford chefs, Perth County farmers, food artisans and the Stratford Chefs School’s 25th Anniversary Alumni Weekend. Enjoy two days of outdoor concerts, BBQs, and arts and craft shows nestled between the downtown heritage district in the heart of Stratford’s beautiful garden district and the Avon River.

Mingle with special guests Margaret Webb, author of Apples to Oysters, food sleuth and author of Dish Marion Kane, Neil Baxter of Food Network Canada’s Chef School and Rundles, Chef Paul Finkelstein from Food Network’s Fink, Mairlyn Smith, author of Ultimate Food for Ultimate Health, Antony John from the Food Network’s Manic Organic and Soiled Reputation. Music and entertainment will be provided by Jake Leiske of Farmer’s Daughter and stars of The Stratford Shakespeare Festival.

Savour Stratford is a collaboration of Slow Food Perth County, The Stratford Chefs School, Perth County Visitors’ Association and the Stratford Tourism Alliance.
